Using our system to build with SIPs ensures you can create a structurally superior home in less time. Our process of SIP construction can be applied to almost any design, and your homebuyer can save 50 percent or more in energy bills.
At EH Systems we train builders across the country in our turnkey building process that builds a home in less time than a stick-built home of the same size. Our system includes the use of 4.5" airtight SIP walls, sealed at their joints, and an 8.25" thick SIP roof. EH Systems provides the many interior and exterior architectural and design options builders are required to use when building a EH Systems' Home. These features include low energy windows; tankless water heaters that help to further reduce homeowner's water heating costs; and a smaller more efficient HVAC system which includes a dehumidifier and air exchanger that increases the air quality of the home.
We took several important steps to further enhance structural insulated panel construction and easily transition builders from conventional "stick-frame" architecture to building with SIPs.
At EH Systems we --
- provide proper, thorough builder training and onsite support
- eliminated the "boxed look" of SIP
- include a SIP roof to improve the energy efficiency and durability of the home
- construct our homes air tight and including a unique HVAC system, similar to what is used in commercial construction, to provide homeowners with clean, mold free, quality air
- add a locking mechanism that keeps the home firmly connected to the foundation even when winds exceed 155 mph (equivalent to a category 5 hurricane)
Homes built using our system are both architecturally appealing and structurally sound. Our Certified EH Systems' Builders can proudly market their construction as a superior product in terms of both energy efficiency and endurance.
